Workshop Description: This advanced workshop focuses on mastering the art of tooling. Designed for intermediate and advanced artisans, this class will enhance your skills as you explore essential techniques, including texture, depth, and detail in your tooling work. Personalized instruction and advanced tips will help you refine your craftsmanship. Expand your artistic repertoire and gain deeper insights into the intricacies of the Eldorado Style in this hands-on experience.
Materials to bring: Tooling stone, mallet, strop, water spray bottle, sharp swivel knife, various sizes of preferred carving stamps, including but not limited to: thumbprints, center shaders, veiners, crowners, camouflagers (lined and matte), back bevelers, backgrounders, matte bevelers, bevelers (steep and regular), modeling tools, etc.
Workshop Instructor: Kendall is an award-winning artist with over a decade of experience working across various mediums. Her creative journey led to the development of Eldorado Style, a unique carving technique that emphasizes the natural flow of design, purposeful use of space, and a sense of movement. Kendall’s work blends traditional and contemporary styles, and through her workshops, she shares her passion for artistic expression, helping others explore new approaches to their craft.

• The cost of each workshop will be refunded minus the $25 fee.
