Workshop Description: Hearing your gears grind in the workshop? Are you ready to shift gears smoothly from owning your job to running a business? Whether you’re starting from scratch or scaling up an existing venture, learn strategies to run your business instead of feeling like your business runs you. Learn how products, pricing and promotion create a sturdy foundation to build on. Unlock the mindset shift that will allow you to turn your passion into profit. Time permitting, there will be some Q&A at the end.

Workshop Instructor: Joe owns and operates 23+ in Pendleton, OR. He has been tooling leather since 2005. Through his YouTube channel, online courses, and in person classes, Joe specializes in helping beginning leather toolers. The ah-ha moments that students have, continues to fuel his drive to simplify the learning process.
