Workshop Description: Learn how to make a 17-strand cincha with a solid color diamond in the center using blend cord and zinc rings. At the end of the workshop, you will be able to take home a finished cincha as well as a kit to make one at home. It is recommended that you bring a notebook and pencil as well as a camera for taking notes on each step. All other materials will be provided. Emphasis will be on proper knots and tension.

Materials to bring: Note taking materials and a camera.

Workshop Instructor: Benjamin Bork is part of Bork & Sons, LLC. He has been making saddle cinches for the last 25 years, and for the last five years, has been sand casting saddle hardware. When he’s not working in the shop or on their small farm, he enjoys reading books and spending time with family and friends.

• There is a $25 administration fee for canceling a workshop.

• The cost of each workshop will be refunded minus the $25 fee.
