2025 World Leather Debut Registration. **Note: All registration forms and payment MUST be received by the Leather Crafter's Journal by midnight Central Standard Time, Wednesday, April 30, 2025 to be eligible to enter the 2025 World Leather Debut.
If you have an online account, please login to your account before completing the online World Leather Debut registration form. You can login at: https://leathercraftersjournal.com/my-account/. If you have an online account and you do not log into it, you will receive the following error message: "This user is already registered. Please try with different username or login." Was the entry made by one individual, excluding frames, foundations, poppers (braiding) and hardware?
Was the entry completed after January 1, 2024?
Was the entry ever entered in a previous World Leather Debut?
Was the entry ever entered in any other Competition or Gallery prior to January 1, 2024?

Return Shipping Note: If your artwork is to be shipped back to you, all of the following fields must be completed.
Also, if you are entering more than one item, only complete the Return Shipping Name, Address and Telephone Number fields on the first registration you submit. Be sure to complete these fields accurately as your artwork will be shipped back to this address.
Do you agree to all terms, conditions and fees as described in the 2025 World Leather Debut Guide Book?
Parent/Guardian Consent: I give my child/ward permission to participate in the 2025 World Leather Debut. And I give the Leather Crafter's Journal permission to publish photographs of the youths leatherwork along with their name.
Registration Fees to be Paid
After you submit your World Leather Debut registration, please be sure to pay your registration fee(s) as follows:
Registration Entry Fee - One entry fee per artwork that is entered. $30.00 Early Entry Fee if registered by April 9, 2025. $45.00 Final Entry Fee if registered after April 9, 2025 and by April 30, 2025.
Prepaid Return Shipping Deposit –Required if having your artwork shipped back to you AND a prepaid return shipping label will not be provided. The deposit amount is: $50.00 for artwork returned to an address in the USA or $200.00 for artwork returned to an address outside the USA. Note: Any excess amount remaining after the artwork is shipped back will be refunded to the artist.
Repacking Fee - If your artwork will be shipped back to you, a Repacking Fee (per package and not per entry) is required to be paid. $10.00 per container for artwork returned to an address in the USA. $20.00 per container for artwork returned to an address outside the USA.
Stand Rental Fee - If you need to rent a saddle stand or chap/chink stand to display your items, a stand rental fee of $5.00 for the weekend will need to be paid.
After you submit your World Leather Debut Registration, you should quickly receive confirmation that your submission was received. If you do not, PLEASE immediately send an email to info@leathercraftersjournal.com or call the Leather Crafters Journal at 715-362-5393 to confirm receipt of your registration. Registrations must be received by the deadline for your artwork to be eligible to participate in the World Leather Debut.
