Workshop Description: Silver Creek Leather has something new in store for the youth class this year. Young students will be introduced to the basics of leather craft, while building a project from the Realeather product line. Students are guaranteed to go home with finished projects and smiles. Open to youth ages 7-16. The workshop will also include a tooling demonstration for kids by author and legendary leatherworker, Tony Laier.

Materials to bring: None required; all tools and materials will be provided at no charge.

Workshop Instructor: Derek Rudolph is a leatherworker and Operations Manager at Silver Creek Leather. In that position, he is responsible or buying leather and the production of the company’s ReaLeather line of products. He is a former elementary school teacher and BSA Camp Director. Derek enjoys sharing his knowledge of leather and leathercrafting with others, especially young people.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• There is a $25 administration fee for canceling a workshop.

• The cost of each workshop will be refunded minus the $25 fee.

• No refunds for workshops after Friday, May 1, 2026.
