Friday 23.10. 09.00 – 13.00
All skill levels welcome!
Workshop Description: The key to good work is skill, practice, good-quality material and, of course, good and well-maintained tools! In this workshop, Lea will show you how to shape and sharpen your stitching awl according to your own needs and preferences. Not only will she show you how to do this, but knowing how and why will help you understand how to apply your new knowledge to other tools that you will want to keep sharp and honed. Awl blades to learn the technique will be provided. From now on, you will sew through thick leather like it‘s butter!
Materials to bring: Notetaking materials and your stitching awls, if you like (optional).
