2020 World Leather Debut Online Registration Form

Registration payment, repacking fee, return shipping and saddle/chap rental links are at the Bottom of the form

• Complete all sections below that apply to your entry.

• One registration form is required for each item entered. 

  Only your name is necessary in Section 1 on subsequent registration forms.  

• Registration & payment deadline is Wednesday, April 29, 2020.  

• Please read all enclosed Rules & Regulations to ensure correct entry of your artwork.

• Direct questions to Brian Stelzel, Debut Manager at the Leather Crafters & Saddlers Journal 

• Deadline for arrival of entry is Thursday May 14, 2020.

Section 2 - Item Identification, Category & Stand Rental

Was the entry made by one individual, excluding frames, foundations, poppers (braiding) and hardware?

A small sign identifying your name, other information you want the public to know, category and sale price will accompany your entry.

Section 3 - Makers Directory

Include my contact information in the Makers Directory (at no charge) as reflected in Section 1 on this Registration Form.

Section 4 - Arrival of Entry

Section 5 - Departure of Entry

Section 6 - Sale of Entry

If your artwork will be for sale, enter the proceeds you want to realize from the sale. Do not enter the sale price. A 10% commission will then be added to your proceeds to determine the sale price.

Section 7 - Consent

I agree to all terms, conditions and fees as described in the Rules and Regulations of the 2020 World Leather Debut.

Parent/Guardian Youth Consent

I give the youth contestant listed on this registration form permission to participate in the 2020 World Leather Debut. I also give the Leather Crafters & Saddlers Journal permission to publish photographs of the youth's (contestant’s) leather work along with their name in the Leather Crafters & Saddlers Journal, on the magazine’s web site and/or in other reporting format.
